Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Fit to Upload is an iPhone and iPad app published by MyThemeParkPal LLC (“we”). This policy explains what happens to your files and information when you use the app and this website.
The short version: your files never leave your device. We don’t collect your documents, photos, filenames, or their contents. We don’t use advertising, analytics, or tracking. Purchases are handled by Apple and verified by our payment provider, RevenueCat.
Your files
Compression, conversion, previews, and size checks all happen on your device. Files you choose are copied into the app’s protected storage so the app can work on them, and are never sent to us or to any server. Your original files are never changed.
Prepared files you unlock are kept in the app’s Recents for seven days by default, or until you delete them, if you choose to keep them. Unfinished work is removed when the app reopens. This storage is excluded from device backups. Deleting the app removes it.
Photos are saved without location and camera metadata. PDFs may keep the document metadata they already had.
Website requirements
The list of upload sites and their size limits is built into the app. Searching it, pasting a link, or saving your own destinations happens on your device; nothing you type is sent to us. Saved destinations keep only the website’s hostname, not the full link. Opening an official source link visits that website under its own privacy policy.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. To verify and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives:
- a random, anonymous app user ID created on your device (not your name, email, or Apple Account);
- your purchase history for this app: which product, transaction identifiers, dates, price, and currency;
- basic technical information needed to process requests, such as app version, operating system version, App Store country, and IP address.
This information is used only to provide and restore your purchases. It isn’t used for advertising or sold. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
The app also keeps a small record on your device, in the iOS Keychain, of which prepared file each single-document purchase unlocked, so a purchase can’t be lost or used twice.
Diagnostics
The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting software. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash and usage reports.
This website
This website has no cookies, analytics, accounts, or forms. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes web requests to deliver and protect the site.
Children
Fit to Upload is a general-purpose utility and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can delete prepared files in the app at any time, or delete the app to remove all of its local data. To ask us to delete the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, email us. Deleting it doesn’t affect purchases stored with Apple, which you can still restore.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
